And God said "No"!

"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."   Matthew 24:7-8 KJV 

The earthquake and tsunami disaster in Indonesia.

     The world is still reeling from the devastation that occurred on December 26, 2004. Almost a month later (January 23, 2005) the number of people that have perished tops 225,000 and the truth is we will probably never know the exact total. Whole families and villages were wiped from the face of the earth leaving behind little evidence that they ever existed. Following the initial waves that obliterated lives, buildings, fields and entire islands there is now the danger of disease caused by the decaying corpses. Cholera, dysentary, malaria, pneumonia and other pestilences are sure to follow. With the destruction of needed crops, famine is also likely - the repercussions of this disaster will surely bring more death.

     Newspapers, television broadcasters and commentators labeled this event as a "disaster of biblical porportions"! Foremost on the minds of many is "why?"

"After a cataclysm of Biblical porportions, people of all faiths ask, Why us? Why here? Why now?" Kenneth L. Woodward; Newsweek p.37, January 10,2005

     Labeling anything "biblical" is stating that God had a hand in it. The news media is usually negative towards anything remotely associated with the God of Christianity or Judaism and will readily gravitate to anything that puts the Almighty in what they believe is a "bad light". However, what they fail to understand is that whenever the LORD allowed or caused this kind of devastation there was always a reason.

    The account of Moses in the Old Testament of the Bible gives us a profound example. Egypt was a land of notorious idolatry. They worshipped numerous false gods (primarily the sun god) and enslaved the people of Israel. When the LORD struck Egypt with the ten plagues that virtually destroyed the country, His purposes were to reveal His Glory and deliver His people from the bondage and idolatry of the Egyptians.

"And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharoah, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. For now I will stretch out my hand, that I might smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth. And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to show in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth." Exodus 9:13-16 KJV

     Egypt fell under the judgement of God, but the land of Goshen where the children of Israel lived was spared from certain judgements.

"And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end that thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth. And I will put a division between my people and thy people; to morrow shall this sign be." Exodus 8:22-23 KJV

     Over half of those that perished in the tsunami in Idonesia were children, and many are wondering, "How could a loving God allow such death and destruction?" The answer to that question may be found in the book of Exodus as well.

     Some 80 years before the LORD struck the firstborn of Egypt, Pharoah decreed that all of the male children of Israel should be killed.

"And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives...and he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him..." Exodus 1:15a - 16a,b KJV

     The children of Israel suffered at the hands of man. Intolerable  hardship was brought upon them by Pharoah and his taskmasters. But, when the LORD moved, all the gods of Egypt were shown to be impotent. Last of all the firstborn of Egypt were cut down. The God of Israel made an example out of how He dealt with Pharaoh and Israel. Because of the blood of the lamb, Israel was saved.

"For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague   shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt."                 Exodus 12:12-13 KJV 

     But for the rest that dwelt in Egypt, it made no difference what age they were or their status. Infants, children, young adults, mature, the aged, rich, poor, servant or ruler - animal or human - they all lost their lives! If they were first-born in Egypt, the angel of the LORD struck them down. God punished Egypt because of its leader, the idolatry of the land and their treatment of His people - and the whole population under Pharaoh suffered. These judgements were not brought about by the will of man - but by God Himself.

"And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead."                         Exodus 12:29-30 KJV

    In our day, Muslims have been persecuting and killing the children of God for years. Anyone that is not a follower of Allah is a target as far as they are concerned. On that fateful day in September of 2001, adherents of Islam reigned terror on the United States. Killing not only Americans, but citizens from countries all over the world (some of whom were their fellow Muslims). Children and numerous others (infidels according to Islam) were either vaporized in the fires that engulfed the Twin Towers, crushed in the collapsing mix of concrete and steel or subsequently lost their lives in the aftermath of planes crashing into the Pentagon or falling into a field in Pennsylvania - all in the name of Allah the merciful!

     In the name of the compassionate Allah, Muslims behead people simply because they are of a nation that supports the liberation of Iraq! Determined not to allow democracy; they now kill and maim people of their own country. What lies beneath are dedicated followers of Mohammed that refuse to allow their land to be under any other law than that of Islam.

     In Israel, unbeknownst to innocent travellers; Muslim adherents kill, wound and destroy indiscriminatly.  Whether you are man, woman or child is of no consequence. Your only crimes: being born into a non-muslim familiy, being  Jewish or unfortunately riding a bus that day!  How many children have been killed without concern for their age or innocence on buses or in shopping centers in Israel by those that follow Allah? In Africa, entire congregations of Christians are herded into churches that are subsequently burned to the ground with men, women and children locked inside. Pastors and congregants in the northern states of Nigeria are regularly hacked to death with machetes while Muslims scream "Allah akbar" (god is great). Even those in muslim leadership do not regard the "innocence" of children. Brainwashed that it is an honorable death to die "killing the infidels", muslim youth have been lured into carrying bombs into crowed places; only to lose their lives by the very explosives strapped to their bodies. In Palestine, Islamic television airs commercials depicting the so-called glory of becoming a martyr for Islam to children. Where is the god of mercy and compassion proclaimed by the followers of Mohammed; when men, women and children blow up themselves and crowds of unsuspectings victims? Relatives of the homicidal cowards that participate in these murders were regularly rewarded by that "peace seeking" lying dog, the late Yasser Arafat! Because of slanted news coverage, the world for the most part is convinced that the Palestinians only want their own homeland,  when in reality the objective is the same as that of Adolph Hitler: the annilation of Israel!

     In September of 2004 (on the Anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attack on the Twin Towers), Chechen Muslims captured a school in Russia. When all was said and done, over 150 children were massacred in the name of Allah, the merciful and compassionate!

Given the circumstances, the question poses itself -   

Was the tsumani that struck Indonesia with such destruction judgement from the Lord? Is the LORD returning upon the heads of the Muslim world what they have sown?

"Be not decieved; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Galatians 6:7 KJV   

     Indonesia has the largest population of Muslims in the world and has been an area of great persecution against Christians. In the Maldive Islands, Christianity is completely outlawed. Now, these once beautiful islands may never again be inhabitable!

"Behind the Maldive Islands' tropical paradise is a fanatic Islamic government which expelled all foreign Christians from the islands in May 2004 and imprisoned all known local Christians in the third week of June. As non-Muslims, Christians have no rights according to the Maldive constitution. They were imprisoned on the infamous prison island Dhoonidhoo for five months, finally being released on Nov. 17. They remain under close observation, have little access to the Bible, and have been threatened with further imprisonment if they continue to follow Christ. The government officially denies that there are any Christians on the islands, because global recognition of their existence would destroy the image of a 100-percent Islamic state, and many Maldive inhabitants would be interested in hearing the gospel." Ecumenical Harlotry

     For years ecumenical popes, priests, "evangelical" pastors and televangelists have been telling us that muslims are our brothers. As a Christian it is the duty of every follower of Christ to show the love of God to everyone. But Jesus Christ and the Word of God make it glaringly clear who is and is not a "brother".

"For whoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother; and sister, and mother." Matthew 12:50 KJV

"If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, recieve him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: for he that biddeth him God speed  is partaker of his evil deeds." John 2:10-11 KJV

     Yet, Muslim clerics and harlotrous so-called Christian leaders have done their best to convince the Body of Christ that Allah (the highest moon-god of Islam) and Jehohvah (God of the Jews and Christians) are indeed the same.

    As detailed in "Blinded by the Sun", Pope John Paul II has gone to great lengths to show that muslims and Christians (ie. Catholics) worship the same God. In letters to Muslim clerics, he addresses them as "brothers" and blatently claims that Jehovah and Allah are indeed the same.

     Are Allah and Jehovah the same? One of the main similarities between Muslims and Catholicism is the recognition of the Virgin Birth of Christ. But this only links them to the idolatrous practice of worshipping the goddess of the Roman Institution. Followers of Islam only see Jesus as a prophet, NOT the Only begotten Son of God.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 KJV

     Because according to Islam, Allah (god) had no Son!

"GOD has never begotten a son. Nor was there ever any other god beside Him. Otherwise, each god would have declared independence with his creations, and they would have competed with each other for dominance. GOD be glorified; far above their claims." (The Q'uran) Sura 23:91

     If the Q'uran proclaims that Allah had no Son, but the Bible declares that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God: then Islam and Christianity are in conflict! By this simple test; Allah cannot be Jehovah!

"I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also." 1 John 2:21-23 KJV

     There is something diabolical seathing beneath the surface of the proclimation that Allah and Jehovah are the same diety. A plan formed and implemented by Satan himself. A plan whose goal is to unite all of mankind under the mantle of the antichrist.

     As people in Indonesia attempt to recover, the respose from the world community is staggering! Billions of dollars have been committed to help rebuild the area. Within days of the news of the tsunami, one man came to the forefront, Jan Egeland; a Norweigian with an impressive resume'.
